The club and foundation hold a joint annual meeting in either May or June.
At this meeting scholarship awards are presented to membership and voted upon. We also hold an installation ceremony for the Club Board and Club Nominating Committee. If we have any new members joining the club and are in attendance, then we hold an induction for the new members.
