Our annual spring fundraiser includes a silent auction. We welcome donations from members, merchants, and the public for these events. Past silent auction items donated included: retreat venues, wine, cigars, jewelry, restaurant gift certificates and more.

2012 Spring Gala and Silent Auction

We celebrated 90 years of service and commitment to making a difference in our community by improving the status and quality of life of women and children locally and internationally, thereby enabling them to create a life of self-determination, freedom, and equality in our world.

The event was held at the Hyatt Regency on Capital Hill in Washington, D.C. Jennifer Donelan, Anchor, WJLA-TV-ABC 7 News, was the Mistress of Ceremonies. The evening included dinner service, entertainment by DJ Jared Rosen, live music provided by the Howard University Jazz Ensemble, and a silent auction.
